Free Style Fighting Arts

I.W.F.F.A (God willing the way is free style fighting arts)

 My Story

2nd Dan Black belt in I.W.F.F.A. (awarded by W.A.K.O June 2005) Trained in Thai – Kickboxing, Escrima, Boxing, Kempo Ju-Jitsu (close quarter combat) & Filipino Martial Arts (rapid Arnis Stick Fighting system – awarded title of Lakan Guro Black Belt June 2012). With 25 years of fighting arts experience decide to develop a Islamic friendly fighting art where Muslims who want to continue their training and learn different types of fighting arts whilst training in an Islamic environment can do so, thus keeping away from the more traditional styles which are very much Buddist orientated.

Muslims can train and not feel alienated from fellow students, especially when it comes to prayer times, which is a must in their training sessions especially if you are a Muslim and they find that helps them to keep up their spiritual and mental awareness of our creator ALLAH.
(Even though our doors are open to all InshaAllah.)

My Values & Beliefs

I.W.F.F.A. does not follow any specific art of fighting rather it looks to incorporate training methods and techniques from all different types of systems of fighting arts. We believe in taking and using what ever is necessary and effective regardless of where it comes from.

We look to blend everything together and InshaAllah produce an effective fighter and system.

We don’t believe that there is an ultimate system but do believe that every system has its strong and weak points and that all styles should be respected.

I.W.F.F.A is young and growing and has quite a way to go to complete its full goal. But InshaAllah, we will continue to strive to make I.W.F.F.A with Allah’s permission on of the most successful fighting systems Ameen.
